The United Nations Commodity Trade Statistics Database (UN Comtrade) contains detailed imports and exports statistics of nearly 200 countries or areas reported by statistical authorities. It concerns annual trade data from 1962 to the most recent year. UN Comtrade is a comprehensive database for merchandise statistics, with more than 1.5 billion trade records. The database is continuously updated. Whenever trade data are received from the national authorities, they are standardized by the UN Statistics Division and then added to UN Comtrade.

League of Nations StatisticsHistorical statistics from 1926-1944 including population, unemployment, commerce, and other sources. Public access.Penn World Tables through CHASSProvides purchasing power parity and national income accounts converted to international prices for 189 countries for some or all of the years 1950-2007. The European Union or the OECD provide more detailed purchasing power and real product estimates for their countries and the World Bank makes current price estimates for most PWT countries at the GDP level.

Canadian Financial Markets Research Centre ( CFMRC) through CHASS
Includes daily and monthly Toronto Stock Exchange trading information about specific securities as well as information on "price adjustments" such as dividends, stock splits, recapitalizations, etc. The database also includes daily and monthly indexes containing information on daily and monthly index levels as well as selected other financial markets information.
