Troubleshooting Electronic Resources: A guide for Patrons: Authentication Required Message

Guide for trouble shooting directions for known electronic resources issues.

Make sure your pop-up blocker is turned off

If you see the following screen when you try to access full text, you have to login to your Toronto Metropolitan University account. A new window/tab should have prompted you to login. If not, your browser has blocked the pop up window.

Make sure your pop up blocker is turned off. Search Google for Instructions on how to turn off pop up blockers. Videos.

Once signed in, you will see this screen. 

Authentication success. Close window.

Make sure to close that window and refresh your original screen
