Presents original 200- to 400-word reviews of the English-language trade, scholarly, and reference books that are published in Canada each year, and that are written by Canadians or those residing in Canada. The Toronto Public Library has an online, subscription with more recent content.

Canadian Newsstand

Provides access to the full text of Canadian news sources from Canada's leading regional and local newspaper publishers, available via the ProQuest Web interface.

CBCA Complete

Canadian Business & Current Affairs (CBCA) is Canada's largest and most comprehensive bibliographic full text reference and current events database. CBCA Complete combines full text and indexed content from all four CBCA database subsets (Reference, Current Events, Business and
Education).

CM: Canadian review of materials

An electronic reviewing journal for Canadiana of interest to children and young adults, including publications produced in Canada, or published elsewhere but of special interest or significance to Canada, such as those having a Canadian writer, illustrator or subject. Reviews books, video and audio recordings and CD-ROMs.

CPI.Q

The Canadian Periodical Index Fulltext is the new full text version of the Canadian Periodical Index. CPI.Q provides comprehensive coverage of 400 Canadian and international periodicals. All subject areas are represented, with an emphasis on mainstream and academic titles available in Canadian libraries.

Quill & Quire publisher's site

One of the most important sources for information about the Canadian publishing industry, Q&Q also includes reviews of ficion, non-fiction, poetry and chidlren's literature published in Canada.  This site includes an archive of recent reviews.  Note: this magazine is not currently indexed by some of the resources such as CPiQ and MLA.
