The Journal of Law & Equality (JLE) aims to promote critical and informed debate on equality issues, with special emphasis on the Canadian context. The JLE publishes peer-reviewed full-length articles, case comments, notes, and book reviews by professors, judges, practitioners, and students across Canada. Some article are published early on the JLE homepage.

The Minnesota Journal of Law & Inequality provides a forum for the development of legal scholarship and pedagogy that analyzes how the law perpetuates systemic oppression, exploitation, and discrimination.

Created in 1979, the Windsor Yearbook of Access to Justice was the earliest Canadian journal devoted to the trans-cultural and international study of individuals and groups excluded from the protections of the domestic or international legal orders.

The Georgetown Journal on Poverty Law and Policy is an American law journal focused on poverty issues. Its mission is to bring an end to the desperate conditions afflicting so many in this wealthy nation, and the Journal publishes articles from distinguished law professors and practitioners in poverty-related fields.

Welcome to the Northwestern Journal of Law and Social Policy (JLSP). The Journal is an interdisciplinary publication that explores the impact of the law on different aspects of society. Topics covered include race, gender, sexual orientation, housing, immigration, health care, juvenile justice, voting rights, family law, civil rights, poverty, the environment, and privacy rights.

The Washington and Lee Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice (JCRSJ) is a biannual scholarly publication focusing on legal issues that affect historically underrepresented classes of persons. JCRSJ has published articles covering a wide variety of subject matters, including real estate, education, healthcare, family, environment, public welfare, and international rights.

The International Journal of Discrimination and the Law encompasses wide range of areas of discrimination including racism and sex discrimination, the treatment of asylum-seekers and refugees, issues of immigration and nationality, discrimination on grounds disability, sexual or political orientation, age and ill-health, in relation to access to employment, housing, education and other services.

This new faculty edited journal, published by MIT Press and founded by Harvard faculty, addresses legal issues involving equality and discrimination in all their forms.

Law and Critique is the prime international critical legal theory journal. Established in 1990, the journal has been published for over 20 years and is associated with the Critical Legal Conference. Law and Critique covers all aspects of legal theory, jurisprudence and substantive law that are approached from a critical perspective.
