Dictionaries and Encyclopedia
Use specialized encyclopedias at the beginning of your research project to get a broad overview of a subject, concept, school of thought or person. To find encyclopedias on your topic, search the Library Catalogue using the keywords of your topic combined with "encyclopedia".
Use subject dictionaries to find brief definitions of key terms in your area of interest. Dictionaries can be found in the Library Catalogue; search for your keyword and combine it with "dictionaries".
