Federal
Supreme Court of Canada Case Information
You must perform a search to bring up a case, and then the docket is linked on the left.
Federal Court of Canada - Court Files
You must perform a search, and the click the magnifying glass icon on the right hand side to bring up the docket.
Court Martial Appeal Court of Canada - Court File Information
You must perform a search, and then click the list icon on the right to bring up the docket.
Tax Court of Canada
You must perform a search, and then click the clock/docket icon on the right.
Provincial
Please note, most provinces do not have a court docket system that is available to the public.
BC Courts eSearch
You must perform a search, and then click the View More button to bring up the docket. Please note, you cannot view most files from the BC courts with paying a fee.
Manitoba Court Registry System
Select a search type on the left, perform a search and then click the File Number to bring up the docket.
New Brunswick Docket Information
Partial pleading filing information available after performing a search.
