Stressed? Anxious? Struggling with depression? This guide is intended to provide TMU students, faculty, and staff with easy to  access resources about common mental health concerns. On the menu to the left, you will find book recommendations from the ThriveTMU initiative. Below, you will find a list of mental health services and groups offered at TMU.

Peer Support is available for TMU students seeking connection and support.

The Medical Centre provides the TMU students, staff, and faculty with a number of health care services, including mental health assessments.
