Welcome to E-Reserve!
E-reserves are course readings that are available in a digital format.
TMU's E-reserve service is a teaching aide that allows instructors to make their course readings available online using D2L, collecting journal article, web links, and reading excerpts in one convenient place.
Online course readings give students easy-to-use 24-hour, 7-day-a-week access to materials through D2L, both on-and-off-campus. Instructors can even check to see how often readings were used, and when. 
The E-reserve service will create links to readings on the D2L website and scan any physical items to make digital copies. If you want to reuse the same readings as a previous course, you can “clone” them from a past course.
The library will also check copyright permissions for you, using library licences, Fair Dealing, and permissions from copyright owners, to make sure your readings are okay to share with students without any copyright issues.
Readings available using E-reserves will also be made compliant with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) to ensure they meet current accessibility standards.
