Company Filings and Annual Reports

Business filings are forms required by to be filed with securities' regulatory agencies for publicly traded companies. They describe the financial status of the company and changes in its administration, organization, and operations. They will contain information on, but not limited, to finances, market segmentation, subsidiaries, strategies and performance. You can generally find annual reports on a company's website in the investor relations section. 

SEDAR+ is a tool used in Canada, while EDGAR is a tool used by the US.
