Inputting Information Using BibTeX and Google Scholar

If you are populating your ORCID record with BibTeX documents, they will always have to do so manually. Therefore, we recommend using the search and link wizards, if possible. You can learn more about them in the Automatically Populating My Record tab of this guide.

That being said, if you want to populate your ORCID record using Google Scholar, you will have to export your Google Scholar Profile as a BibTeX document.  Begin by reading this helpful guide on how to export BibTeX documents from Google Scholar.

If you wish to use endnote to create a  BibTeX document, KAUST has created an endnote filter which will allow then allow you to import your BibTeX document.

After you have exported your BibTeX document in either way, consult the ORCID Knowledge base for information about importing the document.
